Thanks to our unusual meeting spaces and the quality of all our facilities, you enjoy ideal conditions for organising your board meetings, seminars, conventions and other conferences for your staff or your clients. Depending on the time of year and the weather, your events can take place indoors or in a semi-open building. Surrounded by nature, all the meeting spaces are specifically and flexibly fitted out.
THE ESTATE’S CONFERENCE ROOM / ESPACE JEAN-PAUL PIGEAT
Sometimes a workshop, sometimes a reception area, the Estate’s conference room, the Espace Jean-Paul Pigeat, is multi-purpose. It is here that the jury of the International Garden Festival meets every year, and where film screenings and talks on nature take place. Sometimes taken over by students, it is also transformed into an exhibition room.
Located in the Cour de la Ferme, this 185 m2 room can seat up to 100 people.

THE DRYING ROOM SPACE
The weather is glorious, far too nice to stay shut inside. No matter: the Espace du Séchoir can host debriefings and lively brainstorming sessions! On this covered terrace, sheltered from the sun’s rays, some thirty people can work seated, and many more can enjoy a drink.

THE ORCHARD BARN / LE BOIS DES CHAMBRES
Home to a magnificent and subtle installation by the French artist Stéphane Guiran, this fully restored barn is now used to host seminars and other cultural activities. The Orchard Byre will regularly host “Les Conversations sous l’arbre”, 2-day meetings organised around several figures from the world of gardens, heritage or art. If you would like to invite intellectuals or artists to your event, do not hesitate to talk to us about it; we will be able to advise you. This 100 m2 space can accommodate around thirty people at work.
Available equipment: video projector, projection screen, speaker’s lectern, wired or wireless microphone, Wi-Fi and any other technical equipment on request. Access for people with reduced mobility. Video conferencing possible. Free parking nearby (cars and coaches).
LA GRANGE QUENEAU / LE BOIS DES CHAMBRES
Le Bois des Chambres is set on the site of a former farmstead belonging to the Domaine de Chaumont-sur-Loire. Several of its buildings, including the Grange Queneau, have undergone an exemplary restoration carried out by the Région Centre-Val de Loire. This very beautiful 140 m2 space is inhabited by highly inspiring works from the Estate’s collection: the extraordinary flowers of the Brazilian artist Luzia Simons and an equally spectacular tree by the Italian visual artist Quayola. Fitted with a wooden floor, the Grange Queneau can be transformed into a ballroom or concert hall as well as a workspace for 30 people.
